Andhra Student Hashed to Death Over Extramarital Affair, Offender Arrested

The accused, Today Planet Anjaneyulu, attacked the victim when he returned home from college on a bicycle

A 17-year-old student was allegedly murdered under the Ghantasala police restrictions in Krishna district on Tuesday, officials said.

The accused, the co-farmer, attacked the victim when he returned home from college on a bicycle, they said. The boy died in the blood pool of sugarcane in the village of Devarakota. The victim was a second-year ITI college student.

Both of them belonged to the village of Chalapalli Mandal in Krishna district. The Deputy Superintendent of Police Potturaju told PTI that both of them were having a connection with a married woman.

The woman, who was separated from her husband, was staying with her two children and was living in a village in a colony.

"Anjaneya's were arrested, he pleaded guilty," the DSP said.
